Processing

Due to the sharp increase in the number of orders, it may temporarily take us up to 3 business days to process your requests, and up to 7 business days to arrange the deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making you happy with your purchase! At any point in the shipping or processing process you can check the status of your order using our Order Tracking page. This will show you any and all tracking updates related to your order. If you are unable to track your order on our tracking page, please email us at support@savagedaffodil.com. Tracking information can take a few days to update after an order has been shipped, so if your tracking information is not yet available, try again in a day or two.

Shipping

Shipping times vary greatly depending on fluctuating demand for certain products. Therefore, we will ship your products to you as soon as they are ready - even if that requires shipping your order in separate packages (at no extra cost to you).

Our items are sourced from overseas to provide you with the best deal possible, and thus the shipping times for these products will usually range between 10-21 business days, a factor ultimately dependent on the shopping season and high demand for these products. 

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

- The order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- A product is currently out of stock.

- An order requires customization.

Additionally, customs can occasionally hold up a package for a few days. Because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and, if it does, it will be handled efficiently.

Delivery Limits:

Because of international shipping method ability limits, it is difficult to deliver to some countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or resend orders that were never delivered if shipped to the following countries below:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay
